Purchases and Refunds
All purchases in our games and apps are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not have direct access to your payment information or transaction records.
For refund requests, please contact the store where you made your purchase:
- Apple App Store: Request a refund through Apple's Report a Problem page or contact Apple Support.
- Google Play: Request a refund through Google Play's order history or contact Google Play Support.
If you believe you're missing an in-game entitlement after a purchase, contact us and we'll help investigate.
