Data Deletion Requests

Use this page to request deletion of your game profile and associated game-service data for games/apps published by Onidev LLC.

Important Clarifications

  • This process does not delete your Apple ID, Google account, Unity account, or platform account.
  • Apple, Google, and other platform accounts are managed by those providers.
  • If you use Sign in with Apple, Google sign-in, or another platform sign-in method, we may need information that helps us locate the associated game profile.

How to Submit a Request

To request deletion of your game data, email support@onidev.io with the following information:

  • Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  • App/game title: The name of the game or app
  • Platform: Apple App Store/iOS or Google Play/Android
  • In-game display name / username: If available
  • Player ID: If the app shows one
  • Approximate date of last play
  • Purchases: Note if you have made any in-app purchases

Do NOT include your passwords or full payment card details in your request.

What May Be Deleted

Upon a verified deletion request, the following data may be deleted:

  • Game profile data
  • Cloud save data
  • Settings and preferences
  • Gameplay history
  • Leaderboard entries (where technically supported)
  • Friends and social game data (where technically supported)
  • Analytics data linked to the player (where technically supported)

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained after a deletion request, including:

  • Purchase and entitlement records needed to restore purchases or prevent loss of paid content
  • Transaction, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, compliance, or dispute records
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identify a player
  • Records that platform providers, payment processors, or service providers are required or permitted to retain under their own policies

Important Purchase Warning

Deleting game-service data may affect access to saved progress, settings, leaderboard history, friends, in-game balances, or other game features. We will try to avoid deleting records needed to preserve or restore purchases, but some deletions may be irreversible.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request relates to the correct game profile. We will never ask for your Apple ID password, Google password, or full payment card information.

Timing

We will process requests within a reasonable period, subject to technical, legal, security, fraud-prevention, and platform limitations.
